Oriental Bank yesterday opened its third branch in the country at the upscale Euro Park in Chbar Ampov district of Phnom Penh to become the first commercial bank to have a presence in the area. 

Chea Serey, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), along with Datuk Phan Ying Tong, Chairman of Oriental Bank Plc, cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the new branch. 

In his opening remarks at the launching ceremony, Datuk Ying Tong expressed confidence that the new branch would provide the right financial products and services for the economic growth of the community in the area.
